薑茸魚Ginger Paste Mai Pian Yi
材料Ingredients:
立德麥片宜2片嫩薑100g青/紅辣椒(切絲)Li-Ter Mai Pian Yi
2 pcsYoung Ginger100gGreen / Red ChiliSlices
調味料Seasonings:
清水 300ml1大匙味素少許Water
300mlSesame Oil2 tspSoy Souce2 tbsp
醬油2大匙蔴油2小匙1小匙Salt1 tspSugar1 tbspMSG to taste
做法Method:
1. 把嫩薑用果汁機打碎,然後搾薑汁,留著備用。1. Grind young ginger. Extract juice for later use.
2. 燒熱油,把麥片宜放下去炸至金黃色。撈起備用。2. Fry Mai Pian Yi till golden brown. Dish up for later use.
3. 燒熱蔴油,放下薑茸以小火炒至三分鐘。撈起,然後鋪在麥片宜上面。加上青紅辣椒做裝飾。3. Heat up sesame oil, fragrant ground ginger for 3 minutes. Lay fragrant ginger on the fried Mai Pian Yi, decorate with red / green chilli.
4. 把清水倒入鍋中,加入之前的薑汁及所有調味料,煮至沸騰,然後倒入麥片宜的碟子裡,在放進鍋裡蒸十分鐘即可上桌。4. Add in water to wok with ginger juice and remaining seasonings. Bring to boil and pour on to the prepared Mai Pain Yi to be steamed for 10 minutes before serving.
