亞参膏1小匙香茅切段打扁4條味素1小匙Tamarind Paste1 tsp

1. 燒熱油把熱帶宜放入炸至金黃色。撈起瀝乾油後,切段備用。1. Heat up Oil. Fry Li Ter Re Dai Yi till golden brown. Dish up. Cut into slices.
2. 燒熱油。香茅和南薑炒香,放入所有調味料稍炒一下。加入清水煮至沸,加入所有材料煮5分鐘即可。2. Heat up Oil. Fragrant Lemon Grass and Galangal. And in all other spices. Stir fry. Add water and bring to boil. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 mins. Serve.
