素瘦肉 Su Shou Rou

乾炒瘦肉Fried Vegetarian Lean Meat
材料Ingredients:
立德素瘦肉
500g辣椒幹(切段) 5條薑(切片) 5片Li-Ter Su Shou Rou
500gDried Chilli5Ginger Slices5
九層塔香葉(切碎)1棵香茅(切碎)1支Herbal Leaves 2Chopped Lemon Grass1
調味料Seasonings:
辣椒醬
2大匙番茄醬1大匙2大匙Chilli Sauce
2 tbspTomato Sauce1 tbspSugar2 tbsp
做法Method:
1. 燒熱5大匙油,放入薑片和辣椒乾翻炒一下。加入香茅炒至微黃色,加入素瘦肉和糖。炒至瘦肉呈金黃色1. Heat 5 tbsp oil. Fragrant ginger and dried chilli. Add lemon grass, stir fry till golden brown. Add Su Shou Rou and sugar, stir fry till Su Shou Rou turn golden brown.
2. 加入調均勻的醬料,繼續翻炒至均勻為止,然後撒上九層塔香葉,再翻炒幾下即可上碟。2. Add in mixed Chilli sauce and tomato sauce, countinue to stir fry. Add herbal leaves. Mix well and serve.
