立德香菇雞 1只 枸杞 1把 當歸 10片
立德燉之寶 100克 紅棗 (去籽) 15粒 玉竹 20片
白芪 4片 黨參 5支
調味料

Vegetarian Chicken Herbal Soup

Ingredients:
Li-Ter Xiang Gu Ji 1 Medler Seeds Small Bunch Chinese Angelica 10 pcs
Li-Ter Dun Zhi Bao 1 Cornus Fruit 15 Fragrant Solomonseal Rhizome 20 pcs
Bai Qi 4 pcs Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae 5 pcs
Seasonings:
Salt to taste
做法Method:
1. 將適量藥材和立德燉之寶加入沸水, 以慢火燉制1小時30分鐘1. Add all Chinese herbs and Dun Zhi Bao into boiled water. Simmer for one and a half hour.
2. 食用前30分鐘, 將準備好的香菇雞和調味料放入燉鍋中, 繼續燉制, 食用時加上調味料拌勻即可。2. Add prepared Xiang Gu Ji into soup 30 minutes before serving. Before serving add salt. Stir and soup is ready to be served.
