1. 燒熱5大匙油,放入薑片和辣椒乾翻炒一下。加入香茅炒至微黃色,加入素瘦肉和糖。炒至瘦肉呈金黃色 | | 1. Heat 5 tbsp oil. Fragrant ginger and dried chilli. Add lemon grass, stir fry till golden brown. Add Su Shou Rou and sugar, stir fry till Su Shou Rou turn golden brown. | |
2. 加入調均勻的醬料,繼續翻炒至均勻為止,然後撒上九層塔香葉,再翻炒幾下即可上碟。 | | 2. Add in mixed Chilli sauce and tomato sauce, countinue to stir fry. Add herbal leaves. Mix well and serve. | |
